How Ferracio handles cancellations, replacements, and refunds

Boutique orders may be cancelled before dispatch confirmation. Once a product has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible except where required by law or where Ferracio separately approves the request.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items should be reported promptly with photos and the order reference. Ferracio may offer replacement, store support, or refund depending on the product condition and operational status of the order.

For hygiene-sensitive dental care consumables, returns may be restricted once opened, used, or tampered with, except where the item is defective or mandatory consumer protections apply.

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment instrument, subject to gateway and banking timelines. Shipping charges, if any, may be treated according to the reason for cancellation or return.
